A week ago, Dell was caught, (and later admitted to), knowingly installing not one, but TWO root certificates, (certificates enable secure transmission of data over the internet), that are vulnerable to exploitation.

At Monarchy IT, we do not use DELL devices of any kind, primarily for the suspect build quality in many of their machines, but this news reaffirms our position. If you and/or your business use DELL machines and need help resolving these certificate security issues, or would like to move to devices that have your best interest at hand, feel free to reach out to us at (800) 229-8232 or via email at support@monarchyit.com. We’re here to help you succeed in IT.
